All of our freezer beef are locally raised, and grain fed. With these beef you can have it processed to your specifications.

For each freezer beef purchased you can have it cut to your desire. Listed below are the typical cuts one would get from their freezer beef.

Standard Cuts

Standard steak thickness is 3/4 " thick 
Standard roasts are 1 1/2" thick
